• Mr. Blackmore has over 35 years of trial experience as a former judge, Assistant State Attorney, and Assistant United States Attorney. This time spent as a former judge and as an attorney for both the state of Florida and the United States has given Mr. Blackmore invaluable courtroom experience and a thorough understanding of aggressive and effective courtroom tactics.
• Ms. Blackmore has over 20 years of trial experience, and is a former senior trial attorney for auto insurance companies. She is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction only a small percentage of Florida lawyers can claim. She handles the majority of the personal injury cases at our firm and devotes a portion of her practice to criminal defense as well.
